Grape Variety: Pinot Nero and Nebbiolo

Tasting notes: Rosé from Cascine Drago's red grapes, Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo. A rosé with personality that brings together aromas of distinctive fragrance and delicacy, it is extremely pleasant and harmonious.
Serving notes: 9°/11° C.
Manual harvesting, very short maceration of the grapes in the press, decanting for 24 hours at a temperature of 8°/10° C, racking, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 20°/22° C, storage on fine lees for a few months; natural refrigeration in the winter and bottling in spring.
Alcohol volume: 12-13 % vol.
Total acidity: 6-6,5 gr./l.
Dry extract: 20-22 gr./l.
