Grape Variety: Pinot Nero vinified in white and Riesling

Tasting notes: Brilliant straw yellow in colour, complex, refined nose (hawthorn, pear and fresh hazelnut); fresh, savoury and balanced on the palate with good fruity persistence. Excellent as an aperitif, at table this wine pairs very well with starters.

Serving notes: 9/11° C. We recommend a tulip-shaped wine glass.

Cellar

Manual harvesting, immediate soft pressing, decanting for 24 hours at a temperature of 8°/10° C, racking, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 20°/22° C, storage on fine lees for a few months; natural refrigeration in winter and bottling in spring.

Alcohol volume: 12-13% vol.

Total acidity: 5,5-6,5 gr./l.

Dry extract: 18-28 gr./l.
