A rosé wine made from a mixture of Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo grown in Cascine Drago di Alba, very elegant and delicate.

Its name, “Sclint”, is a dialect word denoting the transparent sheen of its colour.

Perfectly ripe, healthy grapes undergo very brief maceration, resulting in a rosé of character that combines a particularly fragrant bouquet with subtlety, a substantial “Piedmontese” structure with extreme, harmonious palatability.

Manual harvesting, with a short maceration of the grapes in the press, settling for 24 hours at 8° to 10°C, decanting, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature of 20° to 22°C, storage on fine lees for several months. Natural refrigeration in winter and spring bottling.

Alcohol content: 12-13% vol.
Total acidity: 6-6.5 gr/l.
Dry extract: 20-22 gr/l.
